Four things we do not compromise on
Price it honestly, once
We would rather lose a job at the quoting stage than win it and add costs later. Every material is named on the quote. The number does not move unless you change the scope.
Own the whole chain
Design, manufacturing and installation are all ours. When something goes wrong there is nobody to blame, which is exactly the point.
Spend where it is hidden
Carcass grade, hardware, waterproofing, wiring. The things you never see are the things that decide whether a home lasts ten years or three.
Talk people out of things
Our designers are not on commission. If you do not need the island, they will tell you, and we will still be here when you are ready for phase two.

How we got here
2014
Two designers and a workshop
Started in a 900 sq ft workshop in Bengaluru, doing kitchens for people who had been let down by contractors.
2017
Our own factory
Brought manufacturing in-house so we could stop apologising for other people's tolerances. Quality complaints dropped by two-thirds in a year.
2019
Beyond Bengaluru
Opened in Mumbai and Delhi NCR with local design teams rather than a central call centre.
2022
The 10-year warranty
Published our warranty terms in full — including the exclusions — and made them contractual rather than promotional.
