Consultation to move-in, in eight stages
No mystery, no midway surprises. Here is exactly how a project runs from the first call to your keys — including when each payment falls due.

Consultation
A free consultation at an experience centre, at your home, or over video. We understand your space, how you live in it, and what you can spend.
- 02
Token to confirm
TokenA small booking token confirms your project. It assigns your designer, triggers the site measurement within 72 hours, and is adjusted into your first instalment.
- 03
3D designing
Photorealistic 3D views of every room, with unlimited free revisions until it is right. Materials and finishes are selected and the itemised quote is frozen against the signed-off design.
- 04
Execution starts
30%The first instalment releases your design to the factory and mobilises the site. Cutting begins, and so do demolition, electrical and plumbing works.
- 05
Finalising
30%Cabinetry is assembled and finished, civil and false-ceiling work completes, and shutters, hardware and countertops are confirmed against the final drawings.
- 06
Before installation
30%Paid once your units are manufactured, quality-checked and ready to dispatch. Delivery to site is scheduled with your society and your project manager.
- 07
Post installation
10%You walk the home and list every defect, however small. The balance is due only after that snag list is closed — not before.

Move in
Deep cleaning, debris removal and handover of your keys, warranty documents and care instructions. The 10-year warranty starts here.

A 60-to-90-minute session with a design consultant, either at an experience centre, at your home, or over video. You walk away with a space plan direction, a material and finish shortlist, and a budget range for your scope. There is no charge and no obligation to proceed.
As a broad guide, a 2BHK full home starts around ₹6.9 lakh in the Essentials package and a 3BHK around ₹10.5 lakh. Premium and Luxe packages move up from there. Our cost calculator gives you an itemised indicative number in about a minute.
The quote is fixed against the scope you sign off. It changes only if you change the scope — adding a room, upgrading a finish, or discovering a civil issue behind a wall. Any such change is quoted and approved in writing before work proceeds.
Yes. We have no-cost EMI for 3 to 6 months and longer tenures up to 36 months through our lending partners, subject to their approval. Most decisions come through within 48 hours.
45 days from design sign-off to handover for a standard full home, and we put that in writing. Renovation with civil work runs 60 to 90 days. Single-room scopes are usually 30 to 40 days.
Manufacturing defects in modular cabinetry and the hardware we install — delamination, warping, hinge and channel failure, and workmanship. It excludes normal wear, accidental damage, water damage from a plumbing failure, and appliances, which carry their own manufacturer warranty.
