Warranty & service
A 10-year warranty, with the exclusions published
Any company can advertise a ten-year warranty. The useful question is what it excludes — so here is ours in full, the same wording that appears on your contract.
What is covered
- Delamination and warping
- Of shutters, carcass panels and edge banding under normal domestic use.
- Hinge and channel failure
- Soft-close hardware that stops closing correctly, sags or seizes.
- Workmanship defects
- Misalignment, gaps, poor levelling or fixings that work loose.
- Sliding system failure
- Rollers, tracks and top-hung mechanisms on wardrobes.
- Hydraulic and gas struts
- Bed lifts and lift-up shutters that lose holding force.
- Laminate and veneer bonding
- Lifting or bubbling of surface finishes.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Surface scuffs, minor scratches and fading from direct sunlight.
- Accidental or impact damage
- Dents, cracks and chips from knocks, drops or moving furniture.
- Water damage from external sources
- A burst pipe, a leaking slab or a flooded floor is not a manufacturing defect.
- Appliances and sanitaryware
- These carry their own manufacturer warranty, which we register for you.
- Third-party modifications
- Any alteration or repair carried out by someone other than our team.
- Neglect and misuse
- Overloading shelves beyond rated capacity, or persistent standing water.

Questions
About the warranty
Your warranty certificate is issued at handover along with the full material specification for your project, so you always know exactly what was installed.
Manufacturing defects in modular cabinetry and the hardware we install — delamination, warping, hinge and channel failure, and workmanship. It excludes normal wear, accidental damage, water damage from a plumbing failure, and appliances, which carry their own manufacturer warranty.
Raise a service request by phone, WhatsApp or email and quote your project reference. A technician is assigned within 48 hours for warranty issues. There is no charge for anything covered.
Yes. An optional annual service visit covers hinge and channel realignment, shutter adjustment, sealant checks in wet areas, and a full condition report.
