The challenge
What made this one difficult
Complete rewiring and replumbing without touching the structure, in an occupied neighbourhood with strict working hours, while preserving the original teak staircase the family was attached to.
What we did
The solution
We sequenced the work floor by floor so half the house stayed liveable. The teak staircase was masked, protected and later re-polished in situ. New load calculation, RCCB protection throughout, and CPVC supply lines pressure-tested before a single wall was closed.
