The challenge
What made this one difficult
620 sq ft carpet area, a kitchen barely seven feet wide, and a requirement for two work desks that would not sit in the bedroom.
What we did
The solution
A parallel kitchen with handleless shutters and toe-kick drawers recovered nearly 40% more storage than the builder layout. A folding desk in the living room disappears at 7pm. The wardrobes went floor to ceiling with a pull-down rod.
