The challenge

What made this one difficult

The wish list was roughly twice the budget. Deciding what to cut without the home feeling half-finished was the entire project.

What we did

The solution

We spent on the things that are painful to change later — kitchen, wardrobes, electrical, false ceiling — and deliberately kept decor, art and one bedroom minimal for a later phase. The design file stays on record so phase two will match exactly.
